Refund Policy
Vivahprasad Matrimony will not refund any payment to any member for any reason except in the case of an error on Vivahprasad Matrimony’s part. Once you make a payment on our website/app, it is non-refundable.
If an error occurs in processing your payment due to our fault, we will fully refund the amount after verification. You must provide proof of the error and the payment made; we will process the refund as soon as possible.
We take payment security seriously and ensure that our processing systems are reliable and secure. However, in rare cases of error, the above clause applies.
Cancellations
Once you have paid on our website/app, you cannot cancel it. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason other than a processing error from our side. Please review your payment details carefully before submitting.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment or you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate promptly and attempt to resolve it fairly.
Any chargebacks or disputes initiated with your payment provider without informing us may be treated as a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in such cases.
